Select Invite Guest
Type the name and number of guests you My Visitors
want to invite and click invite guest. It displays current, expected, past, & denied visitors.
The guests will receive a 6 digit code through SMS,
which they can show while entering the society.

Pre Approval My Packages

You can click here to notify the guards at the gate It displays your packages that need to be collected from the gate.

Pinless Entry SOS Alert

With Pin-less Entry, there is no need for passcodes; Incase of Emergencies like - Medical Emergency,

These groups can be created by any resident.
There are two types of groups: public groups, that any other resident

by the admin.

Resident gets a notification of the
newly added information on Notice Board.

pet walker, or any other local services on the app.

Amenities & Classes

Add, view and book facilities within the society
like, gym, badminton court & view all the on-going classes.
For Booking Amenities - Select Book & check the
availability, Choose Slots.
For Classes - Select Classes , View the Timings &
Instruction, Confirm & Subscribe.

Water Shortage? Residents can
register & get real time updates on their complaint.
Option to register Personal or Community complaints.
Define the Category, Issue Location & Description
of the complaint.
Food By HomeChefs
Resident can also mark if its urgent & can click a
Order/Sell food in the society.
photograph or record a voice message to explain
the complaint. For Chefs—Click on Add more Dishes,
Enter Dish Details & Publish the dish.
Post complain registration the Admin can assign
the complaint to the right party & mark the status. For Foodies— If you wish to order any dish,
Add that dish, Choose the delivery time slot,
Residents can view real time status of the raised
Confirm and Place the Order.

Residents can check the resident directory to

the emergency drirectory to call an ambulance,
police, hospital, etc in case of emergencies.

Residents can check “Quarantine
Flat Count“ with in the society.
City wise Covid Status like Active Cases & Zone
wise bifurcation mapped with Govt. Database.
Resident can also check if their domestic staff
address is in Safe or Contaminated Zone.

How to make online society payments and get rewards

Click on Bills & Payments, and You will see bills that are due and under ledger you’ll see You can make a UPI payment, with a Debit or
select maintenance payment. details of all transactions made in the past. Credit card or try Netbanking.
If you’ve already paid the bill, click on the already paid button, $250 cashback on PayZapp wallet and
add details and click on submit. reward points while paying from credit card.
Check previous transactions by clicking on History.
Check all offers before making the payment. To pay any bill in
the dues section select pay, to pay the entire amount -
