The concept of strategic alternatives and strategic alternative bundling

 Strategic alternatives are one of the many ways business organizations use to compete in

the market, achieve their vision, and decide where they might want to go or achieve.

 Strategic alternatives are fashioned to enhance the business in a competitive environment

and are created at the business or firm level.

 Some of the types of strategic alternatives include obvious alternatives, creative

alternatives, and unthinkable alternatives.

 The goal of strategic bundling is to capture and address important issues faced by

businesses in a systematic way.

The history of Lenovo Company and its current market position and market share

 Lenovo, also known as the Lenovo Group Limited, is a multinational technology

company operating from China.

 Lenovo usually designs, develops, manufactures, and sells tablets, PCs, smartphones,

supercomputers, servers, electronic storage devices, and workstations.

 The company joined the smartphone market in 2012, and by 2014, it had developed to

become the biggest seller of smartphones in China.

 It later acquired Motorola Mobility and the Fujitsu computer in 2017.

 Currently, Lenovo has a market cap of about $15.6 billion, more than 23% of PCs'

market share, and annual revenue of more than $50 billion.
