 Develop, agree and implement a gift recognition programme.
 Working with the CEO to expand and co-ordinate our pro bono & in kind
giving strategy to make significant cost reductions for The Charity.
 Ensure excellence in our fundraising practices and that they are in line
with our values and enhance our reputation and engagement;
overseeing the effective operations of all systems and processes
adhering to current and proposed legislation and codes of practice.
 Champion and ensure best practice monitoring and evaluation of
fundraising, including monitoring of KPIs and use of the CRM.

Responsible to CEO

Location Fleet, Hampshire
Hours Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Out of hours and additional work will be required as
commensurate with this senior leadership role.
Salary Circa £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Qualifications
 Higher degree
 Educated to degree level or equivalent, with Maths and
