Nasdaq is stock market which is part of the New

York stock market
Basically involves company performance along
with the economy of USA
There are top 100 companies that are listed under Nasdaq
Majority of companies that are listed under Nasdaq that have high impact are
the following

Hence Nasdaq is a stock market it has normal trading hours

Normal trading hours is when the stock market opens it’s different from

Trading channels
trading channels are different types of support and resistance
On my strategy we use the following trading channels which Nasdaq moves with
at all time
N.B So if it’s not moving in the following channels we don’t trade it

1 Flat channel
A flat channel is when support and resistance are fixed ,market keeps rejection on
the same levels on a horizontal way example support is 10 and resistance is 100

Example of a flat channel

Example of a flat channel from the live

From the above example our support level is 10979.75

Resistance is 11514.please note once u have found ur support
and resistance when u buy and sell u only focus on what
happens inside ur zone

2 Raising channel
Raising channel is when the market is on a bullish trend
but support and resistance keeps changing in a way that
support and resistance keeps increasing “

Example of a raising channel

How raising channel is traded

Example of it from live market

From the above example we can see that the market is on a bullish
trend “and it has support and resistance which keeps going up “

3 falling channel
Falling channel is when the market keeps on going in a bearish
movement (down trend ) but it has support and resistance
Example of falling channel

Example from live market

I won’t go in to details on this one “raising and falling channel is

an opposite of each other
Sometimes the market can have two channels at the same time
“meaning that u can have a flat channel and inside that flat
channel u can find a raising channel or a falling channel

From the above u can see that we have a flat channel and inside
that flat channel there’s also a raising channel
How to trade break out of raising channel and falling
channel break out

1 If the market is moving in a falling channel and it breaks out

from the resistance level of the falling channel it has to go back
where the trend of the falling channel started which is called
key resistance

Example of how the break out happens (falling channel)

Example number 2 (before and after )
Break out of raising channel from support level
• When the market is moving in a raising channel and it
breaks out from the support level of the raising channel it
has to drop back to where the trend started which is called
(key support)

Example of the break out
