Project Proposal

Direction: Study the community where you live. What do you think is the existing and recurring
problem that needs urgent solution? What possible community program can be done to help
solve that problem? In this activity, you will be writing your own project proposal based on your
answers on the questions above. Below is the format of the mentioned proposal.

Afterwards, briefly explain and/or describe the photo/s.

Step 2: Preparation
Project Proposal:
In this part, include the title of your project and explain in detail the things that need to
be done to complete it. Please recall the elements of participatory planning in this part.

Boundaries/Limitations: (What is included and what isn’t? In what problem do you want to
focus on? What problems are included and what are not?)

Location: (Where do you want to conduct this project?)

Target Beneficiaries: Who do you want to help?

Duration: For how long will you do this project? Is this short term or long-term?

raise your funds?

Step 3: Implementation
Describe how this project is done when you are in the actual community. (Example:

Step 4: Evaluation
After the implementation, you have to determine whether your project is successful or
