1. The Water Treatment System of the EPC Contractor’s Accommodation

Buildings has been put into use. However, the EPC Contractor has neither
completed the inspection of the input material nor the inspection of erection work
etc. The Owner requests the EPC Contractor to pay serious attention to the
completion of such above works.
2. The Water Treatment System must meet the Level B of QCVN 14: 2008 and the
EPC Contractor must obtain the agreements in order to be able to discharge the
waste to the environment within the Hon La Economic Zone. The EPC Contractor
is required to acquire the supporting documentations as a proof of completion of
the above mentioned- works.
