Customized tool box

Hand tools can be sourced locally by the customer; Big Dutchman will provide a list of required tools
upon order confirmation.

If sourcing tools is an issue, customer may purchase a customized tool box containing the hand tools
necessary for safe and efficient erection of the building. Customer is still responsible for procuring
equipment and other machinery needed for uploading the materials and erecting the building.

Engineering drawings and documentation

If complete engineering documentation is required, such as for government permitting process, a non­
refundable payment of 10% of the contract value shal I be paid prior to release of the documents. This
payment shall then be counted towards the value of the down payment upon execution of the
contract.

If basic presentation drawings are required, such as for bank financing, Big Dutchman can provide
these drawings free of charge. However, if greater detail is required than what is provided in the basic
drawings, the release of the drawings will be subject to a fee.

Installation supervision

One (1) Big Dutchman supervisor will be provided for the installation of the house(s). Our supervisor will
manage 15 to 20 skilled workers provided by the customer.

Customer shall provide our supervisor with suitable accommodation, meals and ground transport
during the installation period. In case of any supervision extension requested by the customer, charge
per day will be applied, as well as additional accommodation, transportation and air fare of the
supervisor for this period.

Customer responsibilities

Customer appointed engineer shall be responsible for the foundation design based on BD Buildings
provided loads. Soils investigation report, site surveying works or pegging of markers, soil compaction
test etc. shall also be carried out by customer appointed specialist consultant/engineer.

All civil works on site are to be carried out by customer appointed contractor based on BD Buildings
foundation layout including site clearance, leveling, excavation, stabilization, compaction, drainage,
sewerage etc. and other scope of works not specified by BD Buildings.

Customer shall be responsible for all related fees and approvals from local government authorities
including submission of drawings for construction with endorsement.

All insurance coverage related to scope of works and all activities carried out on site shall be
undertaken by the customer.

Customer shall be responsible for custom clearance of building materials, duties and transportation of
goods to site.

Manuscopic, forklift, cranes, scaffoldings, tools and other machinery and equipment necessary to
unload materials as well as carry out installation works on site shall be prepared by the customer.
BD Buildings will be providing the relevant tool list necessary upon order confirmation.

The site shall be equipped with temporary electricity supply, lighting and water. The customer is
required to prepare proper access road including covered storage facilities on site for the building
materials.
