COMPANY PROPERTY AGREEMENT - ELECTRONICS

<Insert Company Name> computer system is fully integrated for use in all facets of our operations.
While logged on, all your activity is recorded by the system, so it is important to keep your password
confidential and not leave your workstation/laptop unattended. If you feel that someone else may
know or be using your password, speak to your supervisor immediately and the IT department will be
notified in order to assist you. You may not allow someone to use your password or use another
employee’s password, with or without permission. Failure to follow this prohibition will result in
discipline action up to and including termination.

Your level of access to the system is determined by your job functions. If you find that your level of
access is insufficient, speak to your supervisor.

All software installed on our computers is company property and must be validly licensed by the
software manufacturer. You are not allowed to copy software for use on any computer, company-
owned or personal, in violation of the software manufacturer’s license agreement. Outside software
must never be loaded onto any company computer unless written authorization by the IT department is
given. The unauthorized transfer of software is a violation of this policy, may be a violation of license
agreements, and may even be a criminal offense.

Internet access and email are provided by the Company to assist employees in carrying out the
Company’s business. The system is to be used for business related purposes only. Use of computers for
such things as gambling, shopping, sports, game playing, stock trading, pornography and chat rooms are
prohibited. All information transmitted through or stored on the system will be treated as business
information belonging to the Company.

The Company has the capability and reserves the right to access, review, copy, modify, and delete any
information transmitted through or stored in the system, including email messages. Be aware that any
deleted materials such as emails or internet information can be reconstructed. The use of the computer
system to engage in any communications that are in violation of Company policies, including
transmission of defamatory, obscene, offensive or harassing messages or messages that disclose
personal information without authorization is prohibited.

Electronic equipment (such as cell phones and blackberries) and company software/equipment is solely
the property of the Company and should be treated with respect. Any damages to company software,
electronic equipment and/or company property through no fault of CBS will be the responsibility of the
employee.

** By signing below, I acknowledge and understand the Company’s policy regarding computer access,
software, equipment and electronic equipment. I also understand that the use of this
