QUICK TIPS
TRANSFER 1. Press Transfer key.
2. Dial Number (When person answers, announce call)
3. Press Transfer key again.
Note: If person does not answer or line is busy, OR diverts to Voicemail,
press Goodbye(Release) then extension key to return to original call.

CONFERENCE You can set up a conference call with as many as six people. You
are talking to someone and
want to add another person to the call.
1 Press Conference key.
2. Dial Number of person you want to include in conference.
3. When person answers you can consult privately, then press
Conference key again to join all parties together.

CALL PICK UP To answer any ringing telephone within your group/area

1. Lift handset
2. Press À À
Note: If you know the extension number of the ringing telephone, you can
dial # # and then the extension Number and you will answer that call.

CALL PARK To place a call on hold in the system, and retrieve from ANY
handset in building.
Ask caller to wait:
1. Press Park key OR Press Transfer and dial À 5. Hang
up.
(Screen will advise Park position eg. 7xxx - make a
note of number)
You may then go to any other handset in building and to
retrieve:
1. Lift handset
2. Dial Park position No. (eg.7xxx)
