PROCESS AND SCHEDULE FOR CLEARANCE

1. Your adviser will officially issue your clearance on JULY 12-15,2023.


2. You have to obtain the signature of each subject teacher on your clearance. Your
subject teachers will only sign if you have successfully PASSED their respective
subjects.

3. Additional Requirements for Core subjects

In addition to your subject teachers, all students are required to sing the
graduation songs as part of the preparation for our graduation, which will be signed by
other faculty and administrators on your clearance.

1. RESEARCH TEACHERS
Ms. Lariza Reyes, Ms. Sophia Bihag and Sir Joshua Angelo Ronda Long Live
by Taylor Swift
2. PE TEACHERS
Ms. Martha Arevalo and Anie Mae Rafamonte- AMA Hymn
3. CONTEMPORARY ARTS TEACHERS
Ms. Alliah Mae Decena and Jenilyn Mercado- MAPA by SB19
4. After obtaining the required signatures from all your subject teachers, proceed to the
office of Sir Joshua - ACLC Guidance Counselor

5. Proceed to Window 2 at the SHS Building. The admission office will verify if you have
submitted all necessary credentials and claimed your identification card (ID). If all
requirements are met, they will sign your clearance.

6. Proceed to 4th floor Emall, and look for our Grade 12 Academic Coordinator, Ms.
Lendsy Salcedo to obtain the Application for Graduation

REQUIREMENTS
1. You must be able to sing the song 'You're on Your Own, Kid' by Taylor Swift."
2. All subjects from Grade 11 to Grade 12 must be passed.

7. After obtaining the necessary signature and Application for Graduation, proceed to
window 1, the cashier’s office. Pay your graduation fee to the cashier, who will then sign
your clearance. Please note that the cashier will not sign your clearance if you have
outstanding balances on your account, even if you have already paid your graduation
fee.

8. Afterward, kindly proceed to Window 3 to get your toga and other necessary items, if
there’s any.

9. Proceed to Window 5 to submit your clearance, and you’re done!
