All staff and family members must STRICTLY:


1. Follow and comply with the established safety regulations and guidelines on the event day;
2. Follow safety signage and instructions;
3. NOT enter restricted areas (to only confine at event designated area);
4. Keep children supervised at all times.

Other important tips:


1. Report hazards and incidents if possible;
2. Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water throughout the day;
3. Use sunscreen to protect skin from harmful UV rays;
4. Dress decently & appropriately, wearing breathable clothing to avoid excessive heat.

For those who are driving:


1. Always be vigilant with road conditions and other road users;
2. Do not use your mobile phone while driving;
3. Follow the speed limit, traffic rules and use your seatbelt all the time;
4. Ensure to get adequate rest prior travelling, in ensuring good fatigue management.
