 Submit lesson plans on time.

 Report on school 15 minutes before time
 Accomplish all necessary school forms.
 Execute the lesson properly
 Proper Classroom management
 Participate or support all School activities if needed

My Expectations
Likewise, I also have my expectations that I need to convey to my cooperating
teacher in order that my needs are also met and understood. I am expecting my
cooperating teacher will also work hand-in-hand with a goal that we need our learners to
learn. I am also foreseeing that she will really cooperative in such a way that she will
guide me suggestion in planning my lesson plan, provide feedbacks as well as to help
me improve my weaknesses and help maintaining my strengths in teaching. Give me an
opportunity to explore and discover new teaching strategies for our learners.

B. In the observation phase, I need to do the following;

 Consider students diversity, which include gender, race, attitude/behavior
 Identify factors that can affect their learnings.
 Familiarize with the classroom routines
 Classroom management

C. To fully equip myself to better understand my cooperating teacher, I need to

know her/his, personal characteristics.

 My Analysis

In my first encounter with my cooperating teacher, I realized that she was not strict at
all. She is willing to help me and was very approachable. She immediately handed me
the reference books and some inspiring words for me to go on. She also gives me some
background about my learners and on how to deal with them.

My Reflections / My Insight.

I am ready for the teaching profession because I believe that my professors do their
best for us to be ready in teaching. We can now apply all the learnings that we have for
the past 4 years in the institution. I have now the confidence to face my learners and
apply the different teaching strategies that is suited for them.
