First, if I were one of the board members, I

would actively recommend the process of this

project and be a strict gatekeeper in the
details and important aspects. This is because
this project is essentially a very important and
critical project.
Secondly, I would have hired an authority in
the field of the project from the very
beginning to ensure that the project would
not be limited by expertise and that the other
board members would have a clearer
understanding of the project as a whole and in
detail.
Third, in the selection of contractors, I will
choose different contractors in different parts
of the project to reduce the company's risk
from contractors on the project. I will ensure
that the safest way to move the project
forward is achieved.
Finally, I will require the project team to
report frequent updates for review. If I find an
issue in the project, I will make sure to keep it
in the board meeting for group discussion to
ensure that everyone is kept informed of the
project process and that steps are taken to
protect the project even before the issue
arises.
