Q11 Is there any regulation to mandate time-bound delivery of services to Industries/ Businesses?

Yes, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act, 2017 guarantees time-bound service
delivery of 168 services related to industries/businesses. The legislation defines punitive provisions
and grievance mechanisms for those violating the timelines guaranteed for services delivery to
industry and businesses.

If there is a delay in service, the applicant can claim compensation under the legislation. The list
