PRODUCTION STAFF RULES & SAFETY CONTRACT

Here at the Imperium Entertainment Bureau, we want to make sure that we do the best
we can in ensuring talent and performer safety.

This contract serves as a bond or agreement between talent, production crew members,
and partners within the I.E.B. platform in making sure that we ensure care and
responsibility over talent safety.

As the founder of this platform, it is my (Michelle Dali, Legal name: Michelle Banda)
duty to make sure that tasks get done with the guarantee of keeping actors and crew
members in their best shape possible.

We also understand there are certain methods of acting styles and performances which
may result in various distresses placed on both body & mind. As filmmakers at this
platform, we will work in making sure we never push talent beyond limitations that can
prove extremely hazardous.

If talent or crew members feel that anyone within the crew or cast is suggesting
something highly unsafe, please email, myself (Michelle Dali) or necessary production
team members and we will address these situations immediately.

FILM & CREW MEMBERS WILL NEVER DO THE FOLLOWING:

● Encourage drug use or illicit sexual behavior/conduct especially in the process

of principal photography. Attempting or coercing sexual behavior and endorsing
illicit drug use towards talent will result in immediate termination and report to
authorities. Contrary to other filmmaking methods, unsimulated sex scenes will
NOT be allowed.

● Encourage actors, actresses, stunt teams and professionals to do anything that

can result in death or permanent or severe injury.
 ● Encourage talent, crew, and stunt teams to bring real or hazardous weapons.
Examples: Guns with live rounds, sharp knives, swords, machetes etc. Prop
weapons are allowed and quality/blunt weapons will need professional assistance.

● Push any sick or injured actor or actress beyond limits which can induce
more injury or result in permanent damage. Please contact necessary
production team members if things suddenly go unwell and you may need time to
rest or heal from physical injury or illness. We will do our best to accommodate
you.

● Push, encourage or recommend any child talent or performer to do anything

that is sexual/sexually explicit in any nature. No nudity or graphic sexual
situations for teen/child actors are allowed. Child protection laws against sexual
abuse takes high precedence in mainstream law. The I.E.B. platform greatly
upholds these laws in order to protect children and their families from any risks
dealing with potential abusers or sex offenders.

● NEVER sell or give out personal information concerning any talent or crew
involved to any media outlet, reporting agencies or persons outside of
emergency talent or crew contact.

● Never cross personal boundaries or violate a talent or crew member's right of

privacy or safety. This means no stalking or harassing crew members/ talent
outside of work. No disturbing or harassing emails, text messages, and phone
calls. No inappropriate, offensive jokes, comments, and hand gestures or
inappropriate physical contact made.

For film and crew members, by signing you hereby are choosing to agree or comply
with said rules or standards within this contract. As filmmakers and production staff at
the I.E.B. platform, it’s imperative we do our best in providing safety and protection for
all talent involved. Violation of this contract will result in necessary consequences
mentioned.
