Partners LLC. As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and experience as a
Summer Analyst Intern at Banco Santander del Peru and a Sales Intern at Autoprime, I am
confident that I have the skills and knowledge necessary to be a valuable asset to your firm.

My experience as a Summer Analyst Intern at Banco Santander del Peru allowed me to develop
strong research and analytical skills, which I believe will be useful in analyzing potential
investment opportunities. I am also proficient in computing RORWA and RORWA calculations,
which can be used to evaluate clients' loan qualifications and systemize clients' balance sheets
into the firm's database. During my time at Santander, I also researched and reported on clients'
current line of business economic state and market trends, which contributed to a yield of 80%
approval rate on average.

As a Sales Intern at Autoprime, I participated in the development and implementation of the

company's new e-commerce website, which generated more than $2500 additionally within its
first month of activeness. I became the first online sales representative attending the business
leads received through social media outlets and the website, providing more than 60 leads by the
last month I held this position. Additionally, I completed in-person customer service training and
supported the company’s sales team on professional scenarios, demonstrating my ability to work
collaboratively with others.

I am excited about the opportunity to apply these skills and experiences to the Private Equity
Internship at Berkshire Partners LLC. I am particularly drawn to your firm's focus on partnering
