In compliance with DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2015 Re: Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System RPMS in the Department of Education, which stipulates the guidelines in ensuring organizational effectiveness and tracks individual improvement and efficiency, this Office calls for the submission of School Heads’ Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRR) for performance cycle 2022-2023 with an attached summary of teachers’ recent IPCR ratings on or before July 24, 2023. 2. A recalibrated scoring guide was contextualized and formulated by the Division Performance Committee and can be downloaded using this link: https:/ /drive.google.com/ drive /folders/1BAIYsNQ722tazaASVx6M- S8wwFZV-d9r3?usp=sharing. 3. School Heads are instructed to prepare the identified Means of Verification (MoVs) as indicated in the recalibrated scoring guide and present them to the validation team as factual bases for performance targets and measures. 4. The validation and evaluation of OPCRFs shall be handled by the Division Performance Management Team (DPMT) attached as “Enclosure 1.” 5. To ensure completeness of documents, acceptability of the MoVs, and accuracy of merit given to an accomplishment or performance cited in the OPCRFs, a District evaluation activity shall be done to be facilitated by the DPMT with the locally organized District Performance Management Teams in their respective districts.
