discussed the Reading Status of the
students from Grades 1 to 6 in English
and Filipino. The following
interventions were utilized that resulted
in the the decreased in Non-Readers
and Frustrated Readers: Utilization of
Marungko and Fuller Approach,
Guided Reading, Classroom-Based
Peer Tutoring and Reading
Remediation.
* Status of Electronic Quarterly
Written Assessment Result Tool
(EQWART) by Maylene M. Masagnay
in behalf of Rachelle Jane E. Sandoval,
EQWART Coordinator which includes
the raw scores from students Periodic
exams in different subjects which
resulted to having perfect scores in
some subjects and lowest scores in
some of the subjects. It also includes
the interventions for the least mastered
skills/competencies.
 Performance of external providers by
Sheila Mae t. Paredes, Brigada
Eskwela Coordinator. This inclueds
the Brigada Eskwela January-March
Accomplishment Report (Pursuant to
the Deped Memorandum No. 053,
s.2020 on the Joint Implementing
Guidelines for Brigada Eskwela and
Oplan Balik Eskwela, Enclosure No.2
on the Brigada Eskwela mandated
Partnership Activities and
Stakeholders. )
 The extent to which quality objectives

* HUMAN RESOURCES by Lianne
Emery Rojas , Administrative Officer.
This includes the number of teachers
and their positions and promotions of
the teachers.

Replacement of Busted Fluorescent

discussed.

Secretariat ensures that findings, outputs,


and action plans are properly documented
and filed.

Secretariat records and documents

Post MR Secretariat compiles all relevant records
from the MR which include the Attendance

correction, the QMR of the IOA Team can
issue Request for Actions (RFAs).
