How to make a local or long-Distance calls?

To make a local or long-distance phone call, first pick up your receiver


and wait for a dial tone. Then, dial the number "1" along with the 3-
digit area code and the 7-digit phone number you wish to call. For
Instance, 1XXX XXX XXXX

How to call Front desk?

To make a call to Front desk, first pick up your receiver and wait for a
dial tone. Then, dial 0.

How to verify the system current time?

Dial *9173 and wait for system to confirm a current time.

How to setup a Wakeup call from Front desk Console?

1. Press wakeup button on FD Console


2. Enter the room number end with pound key ex. 101#
3. Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
4. Enter a Wakeup Call time in HH:MM format for ex. 06:00

If guest do not answer a wakeup call after three attempts, it will notify
the front desk

How to setup a Wakeup call from Guest Room Phone?

1. Pick up a receiver and dial 99


2. Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM
3. Enter a Wakeup Call time in HH:MM format for ex. 06:00

If guest do not answer a wakeup call after three attempts, it will notify
the front desk
How to setup or check Voicemail?

To check a voicemail, first pick up your receiver and wait for a dial
tone. Then, dial *97 followed by the password. The default password is
#1234

How to enable or disable call forward from the extension?

To enable or disable a call forwarding from any extension

1. dial *74
2. Enter your I’D (Enter the extension for which you wish to
enable/disable call forwarding) ex. 101#
3. Enter your password followed by pound key ex. 1234#
4. Enter the destination number (it could be any extension or external
number) ex. 801# or 1XXX XXX XXXX
5. Wait for confirmation message.

Step 4 will be skipped while disabling a call forwarding

How to test emergency service(E911) activation?

To test emergency E911 service operation, dial 922 which will confirm
911 service number followed by address.

If guest dial 911, it will notify front desk along with room number

How to check room extension number?

To check room extension please dial *888 which will speak up room
extension
How to update room status for housekeeper?

To update a room status from the guest rooms, dial following code
1. #21 Vacant Dirty
2. #22 Vacant Pickup
3. #23 Occupied Clean
4. #24 Vacant Clean
5. #25 Occupied Inspected
6. #26 Vacant Inspected

It will update same in Cloudext customer portal

How to enable or disable room to room calling?

To enable or disable room to room calling use following steps


1. Dial *555
2. Enter the password followed by pound (please use the master
password given by Cloudext) for ex. 1234#
3. Enter the room number followed by pound (for ex. 101#) you wish
to whitelist now
4. Wait for confirmation message

How to enable or disable outgoing call?

To enable to disable outgoing calls use following steps


1. Dial *666
2. Enter the password followed by pound (please use the master
password given by Cloudext) for ex. 1234#
3. Enter the room number end with pound key (for ex. 101#) for call
permission
4. Press 1 to enable outbound call / Press 2 to disable outbound call
5. Wait for confirmation message
