hereby state that I have lodged my visa application together with my daughter; Hilma Zakariya, on February
12th, 2015.

I would like to withdraw my visa application due to family matters. For the time being we will postponed our
plan to stay in Australia.

I understand that if we would like to travel to Australia we should lodge new visa application.

I understand that the visa fee paid to DIBP is non refundable and we should lodge new visa application if we
are going to stay/visit Australia in the near future.

This letter is made to be used as necessary.
