RESETTING OF LEARNER ACCOUNTS
School ICT Coordinator must have access to Microsoft School
Admin Account
Sign in to admin.microsoft.com and use the following
credentials:
Email: schoolid@r10@deped.gov.ph
Password: Pa$$worD123

You may download master list of School Admin Emails:

start resetting
passwords.
You have the option
to let the system
create a password
or you may also
enter a generic
password for all.

You may also

require the student
to change password
when they first sign
in.
Repeat the same
steps for all Grade 7
and Grade 8 learner
accounts.

UPLOADING LEARNER ACCOUNTS

Once the all learner has updated their

Demographics, the ICT Coordinator shall now
submit the Microsoft Account of all learners to the
Division Office for enrollment in the LMS
