The document summarizes a biology session that focused on plants, animals, and their interactions. It discusses how plants originated from aquatic green algae and have tissues like xylem and phloem to transport water and nutrients. Students seemed more knowledgeable about animals than plants. The session explained that animals are consumers, can move, and do not perform photosynthesis, and are divided into vertebrates and invertebrates. It also described the relationship between plants and animals in ecosystems, and terms like herbivory. Overall, the session helped increase understanding but was less interactive than previous sessions.

ON THE PLANTS AND KNEW THAT THE ANCESTOR OF PLANTS ORIGINATED FROM WATER NOT ONLY THAT IT WAS AQUATICS DWELLING BUT IS ALSO A SOFT PLANT, WHERE ITS NAME IS THE "ANCESTRAL GREEN ALGA". THEN WE DISCUSSED STRUCTURE OF PLANTS, THE XYLEM AND PHLOEM ARE TISSUES FROM PLANTS ARE NOT THAT DISCUSSED IN DEPTHLY IN MY ELEMENTARY YEARS THAT IS WHY IT CAME AS A NEW KNOWLEDGE FOR ME THAT THESE PLANT TISSUES STRUCRURE IS MOSTLY MADE FROM FIBRES/FIBERS. I REALIZED HOW THE PLANTS GROW IS ACTUALLY GENIUS AS THE XYLEM GOES UP THE THE PHLOEM GOES DOWN, SIMPLY BECAUSE THE WATER IS FROM THE SOIL THEN ABSORBED BY THE ROOTS THEN DISTRIBUTED BY THE XYLEM TO THE REST OF THE PLANT THEN THE PHLOEM DISTRIBUTES NUTRIENTS FROM LEAVES MEANING FROM ABOVE TO THE GROUND BY PHOTOSYNTHESIS. WITH REGARD THE ANIMALS THE DISCUSSION WERE SOOTHER AS COMPARED TO THE PLANT DUE TO US STUDENTS ARE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ANIMALS THAN PLANTS. PROFESSOR STARTED THE DISCUSSION WITH A QUESTION THAT IS IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED UNLIKE IN PLANTS, MANY SECONDS HAVE PAST BEFORE THE STUDENT ANSWER WITH AN UNSURE TONE. SO WHAT I REFRESHED WAS THE ANIMALS ARE CONSUMER, LOCOMOTORY, NON PHOTOSYNTHETIC, ETC. THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF ANIMALS (VERTEBRATES AND INVERTEBRATES). THE VERTEBRATES HAVE 5 CLASSES WHILE THE INVERTEBRATES HAVE 7 CLASSES. THE LAST PART OF THE SESSION TACKLES ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP AND INTERACTION OF THE PLANTS AND ANIMALS IN THE ECOSYSTEM. SOME TERMS ARE THE ONES I AM NOT THAT FAMILIAR WITH LIKE THE, HERBIVORY. BUT BECAUSE OF THE DISCUSSION I WAS ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS AND WHY IT EXISTED AND WHAT ARE THE EXAMPLES. ALL IN ALL THE SESSION WAS NOT AS INTERACTIVE AS THE PREVIOUS SESSION.
