Special Project Pricing Terms and Conditions

1. In filling out the document, the customer attests that the person signing the document is an
authorized representative of the customer. Furthermore, the customer agrees to the following
Special Project Pricing terms and guidelines.

2. This Special Project Pricing (SPP) agreement shall be valid based on the below data per the
below SKUs only, the indicated projects, and the SPP agreement duration. In case of orders in
excess of the approved quantities, additional SKUs, projects not covered by the SPP agreement,
and orders beyond the SPP agreement duration, these are for approval via a new SPP
agreement.

3. The customer agrees to having the orders delivered directly on the project site. In case of multiple
delivery sites, multiple ship to codes shall be created for the purposes of correct billing.

4. In case that the customer employs a warehouse that will receive orders for the projects indicated
in the SPP agreement, the customer shall inform James Hardie Philippines, Inc. on the delivery
site/s. These delivery site/s shall also be created ship to code/s for purposes of correct billing.

5. As the SPP is a special privilege provided to customers for projects, the SPP shall be limited to
projects usage only. The customer agrees that products received under SPP shall be for projects
usage only. As such, the customer shall not conduct re-selling of products in any form.

6. The customer agrees and shall allow authorized James Hardie Philippines, Inc. to conduct site
visits to warehouse/s and/or project sites for the purposes of validation of projects usage.

7. James Hardie Philippines, Inc. has the right to discontinue deliveries in case of violations in the
SPP agreement.
