ADDENDUM TO THE PORT SERVICE AGREEMENT

This addendum is signed for the Port Service Agreement dated pt May 2021 (for Import & Export Cargo)
and subsequent addendums- dated 23rd December 2021 and addendum dated 29th October 2022.

BY & BETWEEN:

JSW Steel Ltd a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered
office at JSW Centre Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra-(East) Mumbai-400051, India including all its
group /associate companies comprising of JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd., Bhushan Power &
Steel Ltd hereinafter referred to as "JSW GROUP" or "Customer" (which expression shall, unless
repugnant to the meaning or context thereof, be deemed to include its successors and permitted
assigns) of the One Part;
And
Gopalpur Ports Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its
registered office at Arjeepalli Via-Chatrapur, Ganjam, Odisha -761045, India (hereinafter referred to
as "GPL" (unless repugnant to the meaning or context thereof, be deemed to include its successors
and permitted assigns) of the Second Part.

"JSW" and "GPL" shall be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".

WHEREAS,
The Parties herein had executed the first Port Service Agreement dated pt May 2021 for handling of
Import bulk Cargo from Gopalpur port, agreement dated pt May 2021 for handling export /coastal
shipment & subsequent addendums dated 3th December 2021 and addendum dated 29th October 2022 for
handling steel export cargo.
Both Parties hereby wish to amend the contracts. Details as below:

1) Contract Validity : 1st July 2022 upto 3Qth June 2023.

2) Revised Cargo Handling rates (applicable from pt July 2022) would be as follows:

A) For Import Cargo-Coal (Steam Coal & Coking Coal etc) & Limestone/Dolomite
(flux) and for Export /Coastal Shipments of Iron Ore Fines, Pellets & Pig Iron
etc.
