HARRASSMENT PETITION UNDER SECTION 22-A.B.

Respectfully Sheweth,

1. That addresses of the parties are given correctly in the head

note of the instant petition for the purpose of service summons
and other allied communication etc.
2. That the brief facts giving rise to the instant petition are that
the sister of the petitioners namely Fatima Fida filed a Suit for
Dissolution of Marriage before Judge Family Court Multan
against the respondent No.3 and which is still pending and in
which next date of hearing is fixed for 26-07-2023.
3. That respondent No.2 alongwith others police officials
alongwith respondent No.3 on the behest of the respondent
No.3 entered into the house of petitioners and broken the door
on 06-07-2023 at about 10-30 AM without any reason and
harass the petitioner and his family members illegally and
unlawfully and beaten them badly and threatened them that
they will kill the petitioners.
4. That respondent No.2 asked the petitioners and their family
members that the sister of the petitioners withdraw the Suit for
Dissolution of Marriage which is pending before Judge Family
Court Multan, otherwise they will lodge fake cases against the
petitioners and other family members and respondent No.3
 threatened that he will murdered the petitioners if the sister of
the petitioners not withdraw the suit.
5. That respondent No.2 threatened the petitioner and raids the
petitioners’ home without any lawful authority.
6. That it is pertinent to mentioned here that there is no FIR nor
is any application pending against the petitioners and other
family members.
7. That respondent No.2 is law abiding rather law enforcing
agency and is legally bound to safeguard the genuine interests
of the public and to provide protection and security to the
people.
8. That every citizen has to be dealt in accordance with law and
not on the basis of whims and caprice of the executive
authority.
9. That right of individual to be dealt within accordance with law.
10. That the act of the respondent No.2 molesting and harassing
the petitioners again and again is totally against the liberty and
freedom guaranteed by the constitution being fundamental
rights of the petitioners and other family members.
11. That there is no other alternate, adequate, efficacious speedy
remedy available to the petitioner except to invoke the extra
ordinary constitutional jurisdiction of this Hon,ble Court.

PRAYER:-
It is most respectfully prayed that the instant writ
petition may very kindly be allowed and the
respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to act
strictly in accordance with law and be restrained
perpetually from extending undue threats to the
petitioners and their family members in any manner
whatsoever on the behest of respondent No.3.

Any other relief or direction expedient in the interest

of justice may also be issued in vindication of the
grievance aforesaid in the interest of dispensation of
justice.
