decide to use any
of them you hereby agree to these terms:

1. The terms are 33/33/33 co producer split on everything including

Publishing,Credit,Royalties ECT. (Major
Label or not, this still applies).
2. Our tags must be included in all beats.
3. If you get a placement with a major artist (or any artist) using any of the
samples you are to contact
us and involve us in the business
4. You may not resample these sounds for any type of resale.
5. You can use these samples for "free for non-profit" beats but you must credit us
in the title (prod.by *Your Name*, alexmels & alyx) and our tags must
be included in the song.
