COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

I, Bryan W. Trinidad, a legal age, married, Filipino, with address at Barangay

Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan, after having been sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and say:

1. That, I am filing a criminal complaint for ANTI CARNAPPING ACT OF 1972

(R.A. 6539) against Remy S. Jacinto, 45 years of age, Filipino, and a resident of
Siling Matanda, Pandi, Bulacan.

2. That, on November 30, 2022, my motorcycle with Plate Number 532ROB,

Chassis Number RBOWED123L0219052, was stolen by the respondents while
park outside of our house. Evidence of my ownership thereto is a Certificate of
Registration and is here with attached as Annex “A”. The Official Receipt issued
by the Land transportation Office attached in this complaint affidavit and
respectively marked as Annex “B”.

3. That on December 4, 2022, Joseph R. Reyes approached me and he had with

him in his possession a spare parts of a motorcycle. Since he was aware that my
motorcycle is stolen, he took steps to determine whether these spare parts sold
to him by Remy S. Jacinto are mine. Remy S. Jacinto sold these spare parts for
THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 3,500.00).

4. That, I, together with Joseph R. Reyes, went to the police station and brought
with us a sack containing the spare parts. We informed the police that these
spare parts of my tricycle were from a certain Remy S. Jacinto;

5. That, together with the police officers, we went to the place of Remy S. Jacinto in
Barangay Siling Matanda, Pandi, Bulacan. He was then invited by the police
officers for questioning ;

6. That,I execute this complaint affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts.
