APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF BAIL

The applicant/accused most humbly and
respectfully submits as under: -
1. That the above noted case is pending
before the Hon'ble court of Sh. Puneet
Limbha, Ld. JMIC, Ganaur, Sonepat and the
same is fixed for
2. That previously on 01.04.2023 the
applicant/accused could not come present
before this Hon'ble Court due to
misunderstanding of the case proceeding
as the previous counsel of the
applicant/accused stated that the fine
imposed by the Hon'ble Court in the case
has been submitted and the
applicant/accused has been acquitted in
the present case and now free from the
charge, due to which the
applicant/accused remained under the

impression that the case proceeding of

the present has been closed and about the
date fixed of the case did not come to
the knowledge of the applicant/accused
and the Hon’ble Court declared the
applicant/accused as P.O. on date fixed
i.e. 01.04.2023 due to non-appearance of
the applicant/accused and also ordered to
registered an FIR U/s 174A, hence the
present FIR was lodged vide order dated
01.04.2023.
3. That thereafter, the applicant/accused
moved the application for acceptance of
surrender and for grant of bail and the
Hon'ble Court Ld. Duty Magistrate/JMIC,
Ganaur, Sonepat, which has been dismissed
the same on 27.06.2023. Now the
applicant/accused is in custody, hence
the present bail.
4. That the applicant undertakes to attend
the Hon’ble court on each and every date
of hearing.
5. That the trial of the case will take a
long time and no useful purpose will be
served by detaining him in the custody.
6. That the applicant/accused has fixed
abode of living and there is no
apprehension of his absconding from the

territorial jurisdiction of this Hon'ble

court and the applicant undertake to
abide by any condition as imposed by this
Hon'ble court.

7. That the applicant/accused is ready to

furnish the bail bond and surety bond to
the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

It is, therefore, humbly prayed that

the applicant/accused may kindly be
admitted to bail in the above noted case
till the final decision of the case, in
the interest of justice.
