7.1 General

7.1.6 Do navigation lights & shapes meet local
and COLREG requirements? Confirm
adequate power supply arrangements.
7.1.7 Are external hull access ladders in
satisfactory condition providing safe
access to deck?

lashing points and lashing materials.
7.3.4 Is stern roller condition satisfactory?
