You must obtain authority from all airlines in the PNR before changing the name;
Some airlines restrict agent to change name. In this case, you will need to call Amadeus
Helpdesk for assistance. However, not all airlines allow names change by Amadeus Helpdesk.
It is always advisable to make a new booking if there are seats available.
Contoh kasus untuk melakukan perubahan nama (name change) sebelum EOT
Apabila anda sudah meng-input nama penumpang, ternyata salah, dan ingin merubah/mengganti
nama penumpang/pax dapat dilakukan sebelum end of transaction (EOT). Nama dapat diganti
seluruhnya.
