Q-0367 po mam, mag apply na po kase kame ng recertification what if po walang available na
BPS Auditor tapos nagremarks po sa PCIMS na sa 3rd party auditor po kame magpa audit, ok

For those items with an existing PSS license that have been phased out (no importation or
renewal of license) but still have inventory, is there any document we need to request so that
those items can still be seen in the market since they arrived prior to the expiration of the PS

Yes, 3 years lang po ang validity ng PS License and is subjected to once a year (surveillance)
audits. For the modifications, these may include change in management, change in company
name, plant address, etc.

Hi, for phase out models with existing PS license, you may provide a document such as
production record to the seller/retailer as a proof that the models were manufactured within
the validity of the PS License.

It's recommended din po na yung importer mismo ang mag-apply through PCIMS. However, if
needed po ng assistance ng broker, pwede naman din po sila mag-process kasi kinukuha din po
namin information nila through the PCIMS registration form.
