Distance from Delhi/NCR: around 522 kilometers with travel time approximately 9 hours by road.

Assemble at school around 5pm in the evening
Departure for the camp at 05:30 (students will be served water,
juice, chips & Biscuits during travel)

 Does not include:

o Any personal expenses like soft drinks, telephone calls

 Terms & Condition:

o All payments to be made in the name of “M/S CLIMB UP ADVENTURES PVT. LTD.”.
o 70% of the total billing must be paid in advance on confirmation of the date of camp and
balance 30% within three days of the completion of the camp.
o Any damage to the assets of the Company/Camp/Hotels by the participants during a
camp/program will be borne by the school or students.
o School’s logo & Photographs taken during an activity of any participant can be used by “Climb
up” for promotional material.
o One teacher on every 20 students will be complementary; rest all will be charged.

 Cancellation & Change in Dates

 Kindly choose your dates carefully as there would be charges for cancellations in the last
minute.
o Cancellation before 20 days of departure 50% Refund
o Cancellation between 10 - 20 days before departure 25% Refund
o Cancellation within 10 days of departure No refund
