Guidelines:
1. Pursuant to the Legal Documents Management Policy, requesting party is required to submit to the OULC two (2) original copies of the
executed contract/document with annexes, if any, within ten (10) days from completion or execution.
2. *Sec. 5.3. PLRAC: “express review” for: (1) Contracts or templates prepared by the OULC; and (2) Contracts or templates that contain
substantially the same terms and conditions which have been previously approved by the OULC (attached such document). All other contracts
shall be process under regular review.
3. Sec. 4.1. PLRAC: The OULC cannot be compelled to review or provide legal advice to contracts where the University is not a party.
4. Note that having incomplete details or attachments may delay the processing of the document for OULC review.
