1. Pursuant to Anti-Red Tape Authority Memorandum Circular No. 2020-07 re: Guidelines
on the Designation of a Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) in the agencies concerned
in compliance to Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the “Ease of Doing
Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018”, its Implementing
Rules and Regulations (IRR), and to Division Memorandum No. 267 s. 2023 titled
“Composition of Committee on Anti-Red Tape” issued by the Office of the Schools
Division Superintendent of the City Schools Division of the City of Tayabas, this office
hereby establish the following School Committee on Anti-Red Tape (SCART) of
Pandakake Elementary School:
