Requirements
DEPARTMENT
Human Settlements Planning • Relevant tertiary degree, BTech or equivalent
• Minimum ten (10) years’ extensive proven senior
management and strategic planning experience in Human
Settlement/Planning/Housing or Development fields
• Working experience with Provincial /National Government on
SALARY policy and strategy formulation
• A Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.
TCOE:R1 671 901 per annum

Key Performance Areas


REFERENCE NUMBER
• Direct and oversee the facilitation (developing and reviewing) and
HSM 10/23 Ext implementation of human settlement strategies and plans for the
directorate
• Oversee the provision of a strategic support and planning function
