Adult education

Empathize - If I was an uneducated adult in a technologically advancing world.

Define - a. I will not be able to read or write.

b. I will not be able to use smart phones to make my life a little more
easy.

Ideate -    Why not start an evening school for only adults with no educational
background to teach them basic reading and writing skills after which I will teach
then the basic use of smart phones to help them be a little sophisticated in this
new technological age.

Prototype - I will start this adult school at a little space in my house. Where they
can feel safe to learn.   

How do I get them to know of the evening school? Since I am known in the
community, I will do a house to house campaign to let the targeted group know of
the school am starting. I will also make sure I take down details of those willing to
participate for a little fee of 50ghc a month.

Test - I will then start with a little number of people to test the Idea and find
loopholes in the Idea and resolve them.

Implement - After all the loopholes and challenges are identified I will then
implement it to have a smooth business running.
