ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All I would want to say is ‘’whoa, days runs very quickly.’’ Time flashes before my eyes.
Therefore ‘’yey,’’ we have all made it, and passed the training period. Lot of happenings
out of anticipation myself.
I would like to thank for everything, those all of the intructors and staffs at LRC, Teacher’s
building in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
Specially to Mrs. Ancheta, Jennifer, who was our the supervisor, in Bread and Pastry
Production Batch ‘5. She has considerably advised and trained us very well. We have
learned and acquired a lot of knowledge in everything about in baking and pastries stuff.
Without her, we have never be able to make an advance to proceed.
We have been appreciating all of thy endeavors, and all of the persevarance towards
one’s goal for each trainee, we will treasure all those effort heart warmingly and
admirably. It was a great expedition.

DAY 01. THURSDAY.

LEARNED INSIGHTS :
This was our first day in training in ‘Bread and Pastry Production,’ they held a program
called ‘’Training Induction Program.’’ With the TESDA Professional, where they talked
about the benefits, and the rewards itself, and the supporting scholarshiphood, too.
They said on our chosen course has 18 days of training, that we shall need to attend and
take it seriously, in-order for us to complete and to pass as the chosen-one of their
scholars.

DAY 02. FRIDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On the 2nd. Day in our training, we had came in introducing of ourselves, telling our each
name and stuffs. I had a lot of assumptions, and impressions with my batchmates. It was
quite of excitement and dissapointment. Though we made in to nomination to elect of
officer’s from ‘President to Muse of class.’

DAY 03. SATURDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On our 3rd. Day in training, Mrs. Jeniffer our instructor had some discussions about the
course; basic competencies, which are the tasks that assigned on us, each day. Firstly,
we had participated in workplace communication where, we obtained a lot of
workplace information, workplace meetings and discussions to complete the relevant
related documents.
Later on, we, also, work in a team enviroment where, we had described each role, scope,
and identified owned responsiblities within working as group member,

DAY 04. SUNDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
December 4th. Our fourth day in training, We did the officer’s Chart and the group of
cleaner’s, too. We went into brainstorming and crafting, I had seen all of our
perseverance paid off, at the of day. I had fun listening with their plans and strategies
whole day. A lot of ideas where presented and argued to make things work.

DAY 05. MONDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
This was our 5th. day in training, Mrs. Jeniffer our instructor continued our some
discussions about the course; basic competencies, which are the tasks that assigned on
us, each day. We learned and practiced the career professionalism by integrating
personal objectives with organizational goals, settled, met work priorities, and
maintained and developed growth, too.
Also, It was our first day in group as the cleaner for the day.

DAY 06. TUESDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On our day 6th. day in training, we had continued our practices under basic
competencies with occupational health and safety procedures to identify, and evaluate
hazards that has possiblities of workplace risks. Also, we gathered hazards, and risks by
maintaining in awareness in accordance with worplace requirements.

DAY 07. WEDNESDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
It was our 7th. day in training, Finally our uniform showed up and introduced by our
instructor. It is a kind of dark blue with a marked of TESDA logo itself, available in a
different sizes of small, medium to large, includes logo of the school on the back of the
uniform. It is made on a light fabric that is very comfortable to wear.
Proceed into discussions about competencies after.

DAY 08. THURSDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
December 08th. Also, our eight day in training, We learned about the other competency;
which is the common competencies, under bread and pastry production. We learned
about performing workplace safety practices, by following the procedures for health,
safety, security, and how to deal with emergency situations. Also, to maintain those with
safe personal presentation standards.
We had a lot of understanding in providing effective customer’s service, too. Firstly, by

identifying the customer’s needs, delevering effective service, handling inquiries
through devices or internet, and handling complaints, evaluating and recommendations,
also. And how to develop, update industries knowledge and to perform computer
operations that concludes our discussions for the day.

DAY 09. FRIDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
Friday, it was december 9th. Our ninth day in training. We had learned a lot all about in
baking terms, and baking ingredients, which is the necessity procedures and recipes
itself.

DAY 10. SATURDAY
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On our 10th, day in training, we had our first and last ever test in the training, during test
It was so noiseless, everyone was concentrated and focused on their papers.

DAY 11. SUNDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On this day we were assigned to lead and to perform some certain activies; such as, the
national anthem, dance and zumba, for our last week in training.
On the same day, we, also, familiarized all the tools and equipment and its functions

DAY 12. MONDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
Our last Monday in training,
december 12th. 2022. We
performed and lead the
week’s opening with the
national anthem, prayers, and
some physical activies; like
dancing and stuffs.
On the same day, we do

DAY 13. TUESDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
This was our 13th. Day in training,
Tuesday. We prepared and baked cream
puff.

DAY 14. WEDNESDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
On our 14th. Day in training, We prepared and baked two kinds of pie: the egg pie, and
buko pie. Tarts, too.

DAY 15. THURSDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
This was our 15th. Day in training, We had learned how to prepared and baked a chiffon
cake and its frosting. We lost our track in measuring, so we had no icing for our cake.
We barely passed this one, thanks to the other group who gave us their remaining
frosting. Therefore I had fun, these wont take place without ate Pearly, sir. Gerard, kuya
Edrian and Eduardo who was made all of the effort. It was quite an excitement.

DAY 16. FRIDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
Friday, our 16th. Day in training, We had all tackled up and masterized the procedures
and recipes; from core first which is soft rolls and dinner rolls to last core which is the
chiffon cake. A preparation for our pre-assessment on the next day,

DAY 17. SATURDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
The day of our pre-assessment, december 17th, Saturday. Our also 17th. Day in training.
An exciting day for us to take all things up, that we had prepared and practiced a lot. We
baked and prepared dinner rolls, pies, tarts, cream puffs, petit fours, and chiffon cake. In
just a certain amount of time. Along the oral-recitations with the baking procedures to
terminilogies, equipment and recipies, too. It was a weary day, though we filled
ourselves with a lot. We considerably had fun and learned a lot. And in the end,
congratulations of us all for passing the pre-assessment. It was fun

DAY 18. SUNDAY.
LEARNED INSIGHTS :
This was december 18th. Sunday, our last day in training, we had a recap for oral-
recitations and preparation for our incoming official assessment for the national
certification.
We had a simple farewell party and that concludes our training.
