“A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND APPROVING THE CERTIFICATION OF EVALUATED

AND VALIDATED LIST OF 200 BENEFICIARIES OF CASH FOR WORK ON COMMUNAL
GARDENING, DECLOGGING OF CANALS AND DESILTING OF CREEK OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA
KAHIRAPAN - COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL SERVICES:
NATIONAL COMMUNITY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ADDITIONAL FINANCING
(DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP AF)”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay Monserrat, Magarao, Camarines Sur created
and recognized by the Local Government Code of 1991 of the Republic of the Philippines as
implementing body in the Barangay.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committees has an essential
role in implementing response and recovery measures to mitigate the negative effects of the
COVID-19 pandemic.
WHEREAS, the DSWD is one of the national agencies tasked to provide support to LGU
through one of the anti-poverty programs of the government, THE KALAHI-CIDSS Program.

WHEREAS, Barangay Monserrat, Magarao, Camarines Sur is one of the beneficiaries of DSWD
KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP AF for the implementation of CASH FOR WORK ON COMMUNAL
GARDENING, DECLOGGING OF CANALS AND DESILTING OF CREEK

WHEREAS, during the conduct of Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA),
the BDRRMC confirmed the result and consequently approved the endorsement of the sub-
project CASH FOR WORK ON COMMUNAL GARDENING, DECLOGGING OF CANALS AND
DESILTING OF CREEK

WHEREAS, the identified beneficiaries of the program have been evaluated and validated to
belong to economically distressed and displaced youth who were adversely affected by the
pandemic.

WHEREAS, herein attached is the certification signed by the BDC-TWG Chairperson, Punong
Barangay, Area Coordinator, MSWDO and the Local Chief Executive that the list of names
submitted is based on thorough assessment with strict evaluation and validation.

THEREFORE, on the motion of HON. MA. ESTRELLA R. JULIA resolution unanimously

seconded by all the body present;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, CONFIRMING AND APPROVING THE

CERTIFICATION OF EVALUATED AND VALIDATED LIST OF 200 BENEFICIARIES OF CASH
FOR WORK ON COMMUNAL GARDENING, DECLOGGING OF CANALS AND DESILTING
OF CREEK OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT KAPIT-
BISIG LABAN SA KAHIRAPAN - COMPREHENSIVE AND INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF
SOCIAL SERVICES: NATIONAL COMMUNITY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
ADDITIONAL FINANCING (DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP AF).

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnish the Office of the Area
Coordinating Team and other concerned government office concern for reference.
