Thesis:

Sport is an activity that has many benefits for the health of the
human body. By doing sports, we can get a healthy and fit body and
avoid various kinds of diseases. In contrast to people who rarely
exercise, they will be more susceptible to disease because their
immune system is low.

But there are a number of things that must be considered when we

do sports, one of which is to pay attention to whether we have a
history of heart disease or not. Because someone who has a history
of heart disease, will be more vulnerable if they do sports activities,
