National High School) to your station (Buanoy National High School) knowing
that he has already rendered and performed excellently and beyond what were
expected of him and he have spent three (3) long years servicing and presenting
our school but due to family and residential reasons, that he live outside of our
school’s Municipality (Pinamungajan), does he intend to apply for transfer to
your school. However, this application for transfer is only valid provided that
he already has a replacement.

Good day!

This letter is to inform you that I, DEXTER P. VILLORIA, a resident of Arpili, Balamban,
Cebu, have applied for transfer from my current school assignment in Lamac National High
School /Lamac, Pinamungajan, Cebu to your honorable vicinity Buanoy National High
School /Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu.

In my years of service in my current school, I could say that I am so blessed for I have found
another home where I learned and experienced a lot. However, it has been a struggle for me in
terms of proximity in travelling from home to school. Since I am a resident of Balamban it will
take quite a long time before reaching my workplace. In addition to this, I would also like to join
my spouse Ma. Krizel Tagpuno Villoria who is a teacher in your good school. I have also
suffered less time of rest since I reach my home late from school while rising early in order not
to be late in the morning. As a result, I experienced high blood pressure and changes in appetite.

Due to these reasons, I decided to reach out to you in the hope that you will consider and
understand my stance.
