“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF THE COVID-19 NEEDS ASSESSMENT

USING PARTICIPATORY SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS ENDORSED BY THE BDC/BDRRMC
TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BDP, BDIP, AIP OF THE BARANGAY KASUGA, MAGSAYSAY
DAVAO DEL SUR”.

WHEREAS, Rapid Disaster Assessment Needs Analysis (RDANA) was conducted last
September 3, 2021 and was participated by the Punong Barangay, Barangay Secretary and
Barangay Council/BDRRMO,

WHEREAS, The Covid-19 Needs Assessment Using Participatory Situational Analysis was
conducted last September 30, 2021 in which the Barangay Development Council Technical
Group together with the Barangay Official had a Workshop on Historical Timeline, Resource and
Hazard Map, Criteria Based Matrix and Review of RDANA and Community Profile.

WHEREAS, the result was more on with the intervention addressing community needs. The
identified problem of needs which will not be the prioritized sub-project will be included in the
BDP, AIP BDIP of the Barangay Kasuga.

WHEREFORE, technical details of the sub-project will be finalized first by the people involved
and present by the BDRRMC meeting:

WHEREFORE, on the motion of HON. ANNA JOY L. QUILAY, duly seconded by bod was;

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED by the BDRRMC of Kasuga to pass "“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE

RESULTS OF THE COVID-19 NEEDS ASSESSMENT USING PARTICIPATORY
SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS ENDORSED BY THE BDC/BDRRMC TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
BDP, BDIP, AIP OF THE BARANGAY KASUGA, MAGSAYSAY DAVAO DEL SUR”.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the office of KALAHI CIDSS
NCDDP AF concerned for information, approval and appropriate Action.
