endeavors.
This milestone attests to the hard work and perseverance you have exemplified as you embark on
another journey leading you to the realization of your aspirations of a better life and a better future.
I join your families and academic communities in celebrating this achievement.
We recognize their valuable role in your growth and development as well-rounded individuals —
preparing you to face the demands of higher learning or navigate the complexity of life as successful
professionals.
I am with you in forging a path toward progress even as you continue to live by the tenets that
have guided you in your academic training and inspired you to pursue excellence as young leaders.
May the knowledge and skills you have gained serve as your springboard for greater success and
inspire you to become catalysts of transformative social growth within your respective communities.

This year's theme, "Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na

Edukasyon" (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient
Educational Foundation) speaks of your hopes and courageous heart in
overcoming all the trials and challenges you have faced and perhaps
may yet meet in your life.

This momentous occasion embodies your resilience as you struggled to

accomplish all the tasks demanded of you from your schooling. This resilience
has been achieved through the support of your Alma Mater, your loved ones
and the whole community who have assisted you through the events of
teaching-learning years.

Celebrate this completion/graduation ceremony with profound joy

and deep pride in what you have achieved. Think of those who have
assisted you to reach this far. Offer your achievements as proofs of
your resilience.

May you continue to persevere amidst challenges as you pursue what is

truly worthy and meaningful in life. May you continue to be steadfast and

Graduation is not the end of jour journey but rather the
beginning of another chapter of your life. Expect more challenges
and obstacles as you go through your way, and I firmly believed
that you can overcome all these because you were provided and
equipped by your teachers the necessary skills, talents and
competencies. You were molded as a resilient individual ready to
face any challenges and difficulties in life.
Your graduation is a manifestation and testimony of your
hardwork, dedication and commitment to reach greater heights

brought about by the difficult times.

The theme of this year’s commencement exercises GRADWEYT NG K-12:

HINUBOG NG MATATAG NG EDUKASYON exemplifies resiliency, determination
and faith of Filipinos in surmounting challenges. Indeed, we, in the Department
of Education have proven once again that no amount of crisis can hinder us in
doing all what we can in the name of quality education. The higher authorities,
key officials, teaching and non-teaching personnel, stakeholders, the Local
Government Unit of our beloved town Bayambang, Barangay officials, Parents
Teachers Association and all others are our valued partners who also deserve
to be recognized and appreciated for they serve as the scaffold of building your
foundation.

Our dear graduates, you are about to make a shift in your gear towards a
more challenging journey. The journey that might be rough, rocky and bumpy
