445/459/489 (B)/511 READ WITH SECTION 34 OF INDIAN
PENAL CODE.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the complainant named above is a citizen of India
and Muslim by religion.

2. That the family of the complainant consists of his wife
named Nida Alam, his two minor daughters named
Muskan, 9 year, Emu/Iman 1 years old and an
infant 6 months old son namely Md.Hassan.

3. That the complainant ordinarily resides at Madarsa
Kangal Shah,Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi along with his
wife and children presently residing at a distinct place
due to the fear of the accused persons.

4. That the accused persons are namely Hamid Khizar
(father), Mehmood Alam (brother), Harooni (wife of

Mehmood), Waheeda (sister), Sahfi Khan (brother in
law), Nawab @ Meenu Kasi (butcher) and Mohd.
Arshad Ahmad Raja (both students of Madarsa).

5. That prior to 2006 complainant was living in a joint
family in the Madarsa situated at Dhaula Kuan
without much interaction with each other.

6. That the father of the complainant Hamid Khizar, was
the General Secretary of the Managing Committee of
the Madarsa Kangal Shah, at Dhaula Kuan, New
Delhi.

7. That in the year 2006 the complainant was appointed
as Mohatmim (Incharge) of the Madarsa by Wakf
Board, Delhi by dissolving the earlier Managing
Committee, wherein the father of the complainant was
General Secretary.

8. That the accused persons had been involved in
antisocial activities which includes the slaughtering
the cows in the premises of Madarsa, keeping illegal
arms, getting and selling fake gold bricks, fake, Indian
currency notes /coins, being received from a person of
Pakistan Embassy, providing shelter to antisocial

elements and antinational elements and they having
nexus with local police wherein each and every
accused was involved in illegal activities one way or
the other and smashing huge amount of money.

9. That after the appointment of the complainant as
Mohtamim/Incharge of the Madarsa, the complainant
raised objections against the illegal and anti-national
activities carried out by the accused persons and also
informed the Police Station, Delhi Cantt., (at present at
Dhaula Kuna) and requested them to take legal action
against the accused persons who are the enemies of
country. Copy of complaints dated 24.9.2009,
25.9.2009 and 26.09.2009 are enclosed herewith for
kind perusal of this Honble Court.

10. That inspite of several verbal complainants to the
SHO, Police Station Delhi Cantt. they did not take any
action against the accused persons presumably the
police was also a party to the above said illegal
activities and receiving monthly good bribe/amount of
money from the accused persons.

11. That when the complainant made a complaint to SHO,
P.S. Delhi Cantt., the accused persons became the
sworn enemy of the complainant and started giving
threats to eliminate him and his family members in
case if there is any complaint against them in future.

12. That the complainant without having any support from
the police, he became helpless living under great fear
from these anti-social and anti-national people, who
were bent upon to eliminate him and his family
members i.e. his wife and three children.

13. That in consequence of the above mentioned
complaints made on 24,25,26.09.2009, at around 6.00
p.m. the father of the complainant Shri Hamid Khizar,
his brother Mehmood along with Wahida, Hamida,
Shafi Khan, Hanif, Nawab Urf Meenu Kasai, Ahmed
Raja, and Arshad, with a common intention to kill the
complainant and his family members attacked the
complainant and his family members with dreaded
weapons such as knife, chapad, Lathis, rods, bats etc.

and assaulted the complainant with sole intention to
murder him. In order to save himself, complainant
bolted himself inside his room along with his wife and
children and was crying for help but being a isolated
place nobody came for the help.

14. That the father of complainant attempted to murder
the complainant by hitting him on his head resulting
head injury.

15. That due to the above said attack the complaints the
complainant and his wife, two minor daughters
including an infant child were injured, the left hand of
the wife Nida Alam was fractured, the daughters got
multiple injuries on head and on body.

16. That the wife of the complainant made 5 calls to the
police help line on. 100 informing them about the
attack which was in attempt to murder, but the police
did not come for their help and the complainant and
his family members became helpless.

17. That during the attack the wife of the complainant
named Nida Alam called up PCR No. 132 and
informed the PCR to send the police as the accused
persons are beating them mercilessly.

18. That when the police did not reach there, she again
made a call on PCR No. 126 and again on PCR No. 123
PCR No. 125 and PCR No. 1212 but all in vain.

19. That from the recording made by all the 5 PCRs is
evidently clear that there was a attack by the accused
persons on the complainant and his family members.
Recordings by 5 PCR are enclosed.

20. That the complainant contacted his friend who was
residing nearby who immediately reached to the place
of incident, he took photographs of the incident. The
photographs are attached with the complaint.

21. That the friend of complaint personally went to P.S.
Dhaula Kuan and informed the police about the
incident and requested them to rush to the place of
incident and save the life of the complainant and his

family members, who are under attack and their death
is imminent if delayed.

22. That after some time the police of Dhaula Kuan
reached to the place of incident and took all the
injured persons to the Safdarjung Hospital, New
Delhi.

23. That the injured persons were examined by the doctors
on duty of Safdarjung Hospital, the MLCs were
prepared, the details are given below:

24. That the MLCs clearly shows all the family members
have injuries in head, hands, knees etc. as stated
above. The copy of medical reports are annexed with
the complaint.

25. That inspite of head injuries, and factures shown in
medical reports the Police Station, Dhaula Kuan did
not register the FIR against the accused persons.

26. That the house of the complainant where he was
residing with his family was smashed, windows and
door was completely damaged, including Room Cooler,
by the accused persons.

27. That on 28.9.2009 at 12.03 p.m. the complainant
made a complaint to the Commissioner of Police
through a fax message on telephone no. 23722052
made from JNU New Delhi about the incident/attack
with the request to take legal action against the
accused persons and save the life and property of the
complainant and his family members.

28. That a copy of the complaint dated 28.9.2009 was also
given to DCP Dwarka, which was received by H.C.
Shyam Singh.Copy of the complaint dated 28.9.2009
is annexed herewith.

29. That on 28.9.2009 the fax messages were also sent to
Honble Union Home Minister, and DCP (S.W.) with the
request to register the FIR and take legal action
against the accused persons but all in vain. Copies of
the complaints are annexed herewith.

30. That the complainant by emails also sent to
Commissioner of Police, DCP(SW) and copy to Delhi
Police Website delpol@vsnl.com., DCP Delhi on the
same day.

31. That a complaint was also made to National Human
Rights Commission through email on 12.01.2010 and
again on 14.01.2010 handed over personally but the
complainant is still to receive any reply though there
has been a complete violation of human rights. Copy of
the complaint sent through email and received copy
are enclosed.

32. That the complainant is also in possession of the C.D.
containing recording of voice during and after attack
which was provided by the police on 26.11.2009 taken
under RTI Act.

33. That inspite of best efforts made by the complainant
that the Delhi Police has not taken any action against
the accused persons and as a result the complainant
with his family members has been hiding at a
unknown place due to fear from the accused persons
as they can go to any extent to eliminate the
complainant and his family members.

34. That the complainant has lost all hopes from the Delhi
Police as they will not take any action against the
accused persons as they themselves are involved
because of their own connivance with all accused
persons involved in anti-social, anti-national activities
earning lakhs of rupees from the illegal activities like
slaughtering the cows in the premises of Masjid,
selling fake gold bricks, fake currency notes/coins and
sheltering terrorists, armed people including from the
Pakistan Embassy for which they are facing charges in
Delhi High Court and Patiala House Courts, New Delhi
for anti-national activities and theft/slaughtering of
cows.

35. That the accused persons have committed an offence
u/s307/506/120-B/Sd in English (strikeout) 153(A),/153(B)
/149/238/ 239/240/ 445/459/489 (B)/ 511 read

with section 34 of Indian Penal Code and hence they
are liable to be punished for the same.

PRAYER:

It is, therefore, most respectfully most respectfully prayed that
accused person may be summoned tried and punished in
accordance with law with for offences 307/506/120-B/153(A),
/153(B)/149/238/ 239/240/ 445/459/489 (B)/ 511 read
with section 34 of Indian Penal Code and other sections

AGAINST THE ACCUSED PERSONS.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the applicant has preferred the accompanying
complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C. the contents of the same may
be read as part and parcel of this application as the same
is not being reproduced herein for the sake of brevity.

2. That the complainant has already lodged a complaint to
DCP (South), Commissioner of Police, Delhi and DCP
(Crime), and also given a copy to P.S. Dhaula Kuan on
28.09.2009 but no action has been taken by the police
due to obvious reasons.

3. That the offences committed by the accused persons as
detailed in the accompanying complaint in the aforesaid
matter, are cognizable and non-bailable but even then no
action has been taken by the local police.

Sir,
With due respect I want to state that I am Masood Alam S/o Hamid Khizer,
inchage/Mohatmim, Madarsa Tarteel Ul-Quran, Mochi Bagh, Dhaula Kuan,
New Delhi 10. I am registered by Delhi Wakf Board. I have wife, Nida
Alam and 3 small kids elder one is daughter 9 yrs old, 1 , Yrs old daughter
and youngest 6 mnths old son. My father, sister, brother, namely Hamid
Khizar (father), Mehmood Alam (Brother), Wahida (Sister), are torturing us
to leave the Madarsa. Few days back they hitted a lathi on my temple, due
to which I had internal bleeding through intestine. But I thought they ill not
do so again. Last night again at 2 P.M, they called some person from
MEWAT VILLAGE (Mahun) and threatned us to leave the Madarsa
immediately, we refused. So they tried to hit again on my head with Laathi
to kill me. I merely escaped with my family by locking us inside our rooms.
Again in the morning at 9 a.m. They shouted on me, abused my wife, cursed
my kids and tried to hit me and kill me. But I immediately said I will call the
Police and no more will care for family prestige, I was not saying anything
because they are my family members. But as I came to know about their
intentions that they wants to kill me, for the safety of our lives.

I want Police protection, not only our lives my house security in also in
danger. As they can ransack my house in my absence.

I am registered owner of Madarsa Tarteel Ul Qura, by Delhi Wakf Board in
year 2006. But as I do service also in Kotak Mahindra Bank as DRA, I told
my family members to look after the Madarsa. I frequently visits at Madarsa
time to time. But from last few months whenever I reached Madarsa and
asked about its administration etc, they refused to give me any details. By
seeing their attitude I shifted permantently to Madarsa to look after it. As
many complainants I heard about them. My father is doing Babas business,
illegal practices and collecting donations in the name of Allah & Madarsa &
misusing it. I am the responsible person of Madarsa & if anyone by his acts
deteriorates the reputation of the body (Madarsa) that will undoubtly effect
the incharges reputation. I asked them to stop doing fake Babas business &
stop exploiting people & use the donation money in right work, i.e., for
improvement in Madarsas education. As its may right through authority to
interfere and manage Madarsas affairs. But my father, brother & Sister
threatned me to not to interfere in Madarsas matters & leave the place
immediately otherwise they will kill & destroy my kids & wife. These
people are torturing me, did many attempts to hit me to kill. Using abusive
language, threatened to rape my 9 yrs old daughter & my wife. We are very
much disturbed. Kindly look into the matter seriously and interfere in the
matter to save my familys life. I am attaching my voter I.D. wifes voter
I.D., Power of attorney & then certificate of Incharge issued by Delhi Wakf
Board. Please help me and give us protection.

1. I am Masood Alam, bonafide Incharge of Madarsa Tarteel Ul Quran, DDA
Indira Park, Jheel, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi 110010, appointed by Delhi Wakf
Board to run this Madarsa. A group of known people including some of my family
members and others, made an attempt to murder me with my wife and three
children, in a well planned manner on 26/09/2009, around 06:00 p.m, because of
my persistent opposition and fear of exposure of their criminal and anti-national
activities. As I have evidence against them which can expose, their all secrets and
seen everything from my own eyes, slaughtering cows, anti-national activities etc.
They are very influential and good contacts with high level people. Since 2002, when
my father was caught and spend some time in the Tihar Jail, developed good contacts
with hard core criminals, apart from cow slaughtering and other anti social activities,
he start dealing in fake notes, harbouring armed criminals and terrorists from Pakistan.
My father, brother, and my brother in law along with Nawab Kasai and others
developed good contacts with criminal/anti-national people and also developed good
relations with Police. That is why inspite of incharge of Madarsa, they have forced me
to stay outside the Madarsa after their attempt to murder, on 26/09/2009 to till date.
Me, my wife and all three children are still under a trauma.

2. It was my opposition and fear of exposure of their (Hamid Khizar, Mehmood, Shafi
Khan, Uncle Hanif, Waheeda, Waheed, Arshad, Ahmed Rajja and Nawab Kasai) anti-
national and criminal activities, resulted a joint and pre-planned attack to murder me
along with my whole family, on the eve of 26/09/2009. In which me, my wife and all
three children merely escaped death. Hamid Khizar (father), Mehmood, Wahida,
Harooni, Shafi Khan, Nawab Kasai, Uncle Hanif, Ahmed Rajja, and Arshad gathered
downstairs in the closed varandha, around 6:00 P.M. That time I was in my room on
first floor, upstairs, discussing the Police behaviour with my wife, I heard a strong
voice of my father Masood neeche aa I immediately went downstairs, my wife and
children got panicky, I told my wife and children to stay inside the room, let me see, I
will come back soon, when I went down stairs, I found all accused persons were
looking at me angrily, My father said you have left us with no option except to kill
you. You did not stop complaining about us in the Police. I already paid Rs. Two
Lakhs to SHO, Dhaula Kuan, to keep his mouth shut, I cannot throw money anymore
because of you, and if you will not stop we all will be behind the bars. On this when I
asked them why cant you stop and keep yourself away from all criminal and anti-
national activities? And it is not you people, I will be caught without any involvement
because I am the incharge of Madarsa, Dhaula Kuan. On this they become furious,
and jumped towards me to catch near the stairs, Uncle Hanif was yelling, Khatm kar
do saale ke yahin par, they were prepared to kill me as all of them suddenly took
lathis in their hand within a fraction of second, and I saw into their eyes which was
full of hate and their faces were different, which clearly reflected their intention to
kill, I got terrified.

3. Thereafter, immediately my father attacked on my head with a lathi from which I
escaped after that he and Mehmood tried to pull me down as the stairs were narrow all
of them could not come upstairs, sensing their intentions I ran back and locked myself

immediately inside the room to save me and my family. My father said, that you
know much about us we will kill you and your wife along with all children, all
evidences against us will be finished automatically, and we will put the blame on
the Julfikar, which will kill two birds with one stone. During the attack I and my
wife kept on dialling PCR helpline 100 number of time, and others for help, at
the time of attack. I locked room from inside to save our life.

4. All accused persons kept on attacking us for fifteen minutes in which wife sustained
injury by a broken bat. My sister Wahida, attacked my daughter 9 years old with
lathi, which resulted injury on the forehead and on the knee cap, Harooni, wife of
Mehmood tried to pull her out from window and telling others to blow her head, tood
saali sar iska the grip was so tight her arm turned black, when my daughter tried to
set her free from another arm Harooni, wife of Mehmood caught her from both arms
and tried to pull her out from the window, my daughter would have been killed by the
Mehmood who was carrying bat with him and was about to smash her head with bat
but I mustered courage I dragged her back forcibly, which loosen the grip of
Mehmoods wife, Mehmood who was carrying bat, tried to smash head of my
daughter with full force, but somehow I successfully dragged my daughter back into
the room, the bat hit out so hard on the wall of window instead of my daughters head
and handle got broken. At that time my infant son named Mohammad Hassan was
lying on the bed near the window, failed in his attempt Mehmood furiously attacked
on my infant son to kill him by hitting hard on his head by broken bat seeing this my
wife ran towards him to save at that time he already attempted twice but somehow by
the grace of Allah, he was saved as their was some distance, seeing this out of
frustration, Mehmood, thrown bat inside the room aiming towards my sons head, the
bat which was thrown inside was thrown in with so much of force that immediately
broke left hand of my wife while trying to save her son.

5. In the mean time Wahida, wielded a lathi on my wifes head somehow she escaped
the blow which was very hard, after that she wielded number of lathis on the back of
my wife who was trying to save her infant son, but my wife successfully saved our
son, seeing this my father Hafiz Hamid Khizar furiously attacked immediately, who
was carrying a big lathi wielded inside forcefully to hit my wife due to that my wife
sustained injury on the head., kept on kicking the main door to break open, using
abusive language he said saale aaj thujhe hamesha ke liey khatam kar dooga,
samjhane ke baad bhi too nahin maana teri wajha se mujhe us saale SHO ko do
Lakh rupeye dene pade, uska muh band karne ke liye and at the same time trying
to break open the door by kicking and Lathi. He said Tu hamare bare main bhaut
kuch jaan gaya hai tere marne ke baad he hame sukoon milega, tum sab ko maar kar,
Julfikar ka naam laga de ge, aaj ek teer se aaj do nishane kare ge.

6. Thereafter, when my father got tired Nawab, took his place to break open the door by
kicking and wielding lathi. He said, Aaj tu to gaya, SHO ko itna paisa khila gaya hai
ki poori chowki se teri madad ko koi nahi ayega. Whereas Two students of the
Madarsa were keeping a watch on the others from the balcony near the stairs. Uncle
Hanif, tried to kill my 1 year daughter, my daughter would have been dead by the
force of the impact of lathi which luckily first struck the windows chowkhat. My
daughter fell unconscious I got terrified and thought that she is dead, I was crying you
have killed my daughter, but they did not stop attacking even after hearing this, Uncle
Hanif said ek to gai ab tumhari baari hai, bacho, Shafi Khan who just standing
with a lathi said abhi ek gaya baki bhi maar diye jaaege, on this my heart sank and
I was about to loose hope and assumed that within few minutes, I will be dead along
with my wife and all three children. I prayed to Allah, save me and my family, if I am
true and I have never done anything wrong with anybody.

7. Suddenly a miracle happened, Nawab, who was attacking us went away to hear his
mobile phone, came back immediately and shouted, that SHO keh raha hai PCR aa
rahi hai, Masood ke kisi jaankar ke saath, wo rok nahi sakta iss waqkt, mauke se
turant bhago (SHO has informed me that PCR is coming, along with somebody
known to Masood, he cannot stop them this time, immediately fled away from the
spot). By that time the door (kundi from inside) of my room was broken down by
constant kicking and pushing by my father, Hamid Khizar, along with Mehmood,
Wahida and Uncle Hanif. They start pushing me to enter into the room with full
force, to kill my family, they were not moving and trying hard to enter into the room
even after the scream of

Nawab Abhi fas jaaenge, inka koi jankar Police ko le kar nikal chuka hai thane se,
jaldi niklo yehan se, Nawab literally pulled them away to run, and on that one after
another all accused persons ran away, but Wahida who was still there and wielded
lathi on my head, I was exhausted and unable to resist her, due to that attack I fell
down on the floor with my bleeding head, my wife tried to stop her at that time,
suddenly I heard Police siren I again, collected my all strength to move out with my
family. After some time Police took me, my wife, and three children to the Safdarjung
Hospital for MLC, I was extremely happy to know that life of my family is saved and
even my 1 Year old daughter whom I thought they had killed, was alive, though
crying out of pain, her forehead was black due to injury. My daughter would have
been dead by the force of the impact of lathi which luckily first struck the windows
chowkhat and we all would have been dead if we would have not locked ourselves
inside the room. From that day, I am hiding and wandering home less taking shelter
here and there, to save life along with my children.

8. Moreover, Hamid Khizar, Mehmood, Nawab, Waheed, (Taoo Ka Ladka), Son of elder
brother of my father, Shafi Khan and my father are giving me threat calls in abusive
language that They will kill me very soon, without any mistake and after that,
they will rape and sell off my daughters to the brothel, etc; my family is severely
traumatized from these threat calls. They have totally shattered my life, and that of my
whole family, the children cannot go to school, I cannot go to work, my whole family
is still recovering from the mental trauma, and physical pain, as only a few days back
plaster of my wife was removed. I am shaken and finding helpless at this stage. I have
switched off my mobile to avoid threat calls from all accused persons.

9. They are hardcore criminals, I have already made several complaints verbally to the
local Police in the past that they are secretly involved in the various anti social
activities, they (Mehmood, Nawab, Shafi Khan, and others) slaughter cows on my
fathers order, before him, they have been doing for long, recently my father
ordered to slaughter cows in front of him to Mehmood, Shafi Khan, Nawab, Uncle
Hanif, Ahmed Rajja, Arshad, etc. they have slaughtered cows during Ramjan this
year, I have seen that horrible incidence number of times from my own eye, my
father used to order them, to cut cows in front of his own eyes, so that if anything
goes wrong he can sort out any matter immediately, he keeps on boasting, that he
has good relations with Police. Whenever I opposed they used to beat me up, I was
terrified from these people. These incidents happened number of times in front of my
eyes on the order of my father. But due to fear of my life from these people I did not
utter anything. In 2002, they (my father Hamid Khizar, Mehmood, & others) were
caught red-handed taking cow for slaughtering after stealing, for which FIR No.
45/2002, is still pending in the Patiala House Court.

10. Mehmood, Shafi Khan, Wahida,, Waheed (Taoo Ka Ladka), Uncle Hanif and Nawab
along with my father Hamid Khizar, are also involved in the circulating of
Counterfeit Indian currency from Pakistan, I have also seen them number of
times arguing and haggling over money matters with people who used to bring
counterfeit Indian currency. They are also supporting and providing shelter to
armed people & terrorists. They may go up to any extent to hush up the matter
against them. I have already made number of complaints personally to the Police
regarding their activities. Number of persons, of the area also made several complaints
against them even in writing, a case of harbouring and sheltering terrorists and
anti nationalists, is filed against them on 29/07/2009, Case No. W.P. (CRL.)
619/2009, in the Delhi High Court, by the Julfikar, Masjid Incharge, appointed
by Wakf Board, but nothing has happened because they are very influential,
supported by big and influential people that is why Police is not registering my
complaint.

11. It is also evident that Dhaula Kuan Police is protecting all accused persons since
beginning as they take monthly from my father to cover up his illegal activities apart
from other activities such as selling fake gold bricks, work as fraudulent Tantrik
Baba. Infact Dhaula Kuan Police threatened me that if I will not stop complaining
against Baba they will book me under various false cases. Police did nothing to
protect me and my wife and children, as Hamid Khizar (father) keeps on greasing
palms of Police officers and on 25/09/2009, he had given Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rs. Two
Lakh) to S.H.O of Dhaula Kuan, for not to respond to my complaints. That is
why inspite of various personal visits

nobody from Dhaula Kuan Police Station received my application. Even after the
incident on the eve of 26/09/2009, S.I. Dilbaag Singh, said that kya bagair paise ke
Police koi report darj karti hai kya! Tera baap accha aadmi hai, hamara sabhi ka
khayal rakhta hai, bhool ja jo hua, nahin to pareshan ho jaega, filhal to tu patti
karwa, ja. I was surprised that he took matter of attempt to murder, so lightly. On his
direction, during MLC, Police dumped us to the Safdarjung Hospital Emergency
Ward and ran away without lodging our complaint.,

12. When I saw that Police is not registering my compliant, I filed an RTI, in the
Delhi Police after 22 days to provide information on my complaints, and calls
details made to PCR, 100 No. from my mobile No. 9958390941, on 19/10/2009
within 48 Hours from the date of receipt of RTI, as information is concerning to
life & liberty of my whole family, but Police provided all details, deliberately
after passing whole month (30 Days). I was shocked and surprised to know instead
of booking complaint against all named accused persons involved in an attempt to
murder me and my family. Police has deliberately fabricated and registered a case
of domestic violence against me and my family, and claimed no injury to
anybody, inspite of MLCs of Safdarjung Hospital, which has clearly shown
broken hand of my wife and injuries to all members of my family.

13. I came to know through RTI, that they have also mentioned the name of a person with
a car number, who brought Police with him from outside to save us and went back
along with the Police to the Hospital in his car while we all were in the PCR for MLC.
How a person who is saving life, in front of Police, can give threat? This clearly
indicates that Police allegation is baseless against him. How come Police become a
mere spectator when a person was giving threat to somebody? In fact Police PCR
personals threatened him with dire consequences in front of me, when he was
recording Police apathy with his camera. It proves that his name has been mentioned
with malafied intention to harass a person who saved us. The entire story cooked by
the Police for the domestic violence falls wrong, totally baseless and fabricated as
mentioned in the RTI, just to mislead the case and keep him (person who saved
us) away as important witness in our case. I am a victim of the conspiracy of all
accused persons in connivance with S.H.O, Dhaula Kuan Police Station. Thus,
the domestic violence case may be treated as null and void or cancelled and case
of attempt to murder me, along with my wife and children, should be registered
against all named accused and they may be booked under the law.

Inspite of all this, till date no action has been initiated by the Police against the accused,
did not even care to lodge my complaint. I am loosing all hopes, and faith from the
system. Thus I request you to, provide protection to me and my family and register an
FIR.
