1. Campfire Lighting
First Flame: “ I bring the flame of the universal Brotherhood. Be aware
that all of us are brothers coming from only one father who loves each
equally and desires to love each other in the same manner.”
Second Flame: “ I the flame of friendship. Be aware and happy in the expe-
rience of being with each other or simply because we are who we are
and they who they are.”
Third Flame: “ I bring the flame of service. No love can ever be sincere un-
less it manifests in the service for only he who serves can truly love.”
Fourth Flame: “ I bring the flame of Scouting. To guide you as you
traverse the mountain of life guiding the towards their true identity. Lord
Almighty give us light! Light! Light!
All together– Come now brothers in Scouting. Bask the flame of love, sing your
songs, share your joys. Let everyone know we are.
