Pronouns

A Pronoun is the Part of Speech which it


replaces a noun in a sentence.Pronouns are
used to avoid repeating the same nouns over
and over again , there are many different types
of pronouns , each serving a different purpose.

Possessive Pronouns

Reflexive Pronouns

Intensive Pronouns

Relative Pronouns

Interrogative Pronouns

Demonstrative Pronouns

I, YOU , HE, SHE , IT , WE, YOU, THEY

Examples :

I don't want to leave.

You can't leave either.

He runs a great shop in town.

They went to the store.


Possessive Pronouns
My, Your, His, Her, Its, Our, Your, Their

Examples :

Is that my book ?

No, that is his book.

That is its shelf.

I´d like to see their bookshelf.


Reflexive Pronouns

Myself, Yourself,Himself, Herself, Itself,


Ourselves, Yourselves, Themselves

Examples :

I do that homework by myself

She does her class by herself

Maria and Carla work by themselves at home

Example :
