a resident of Leyte, Leyte, do hereby MAKE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
RODERICK B. DACATIMBANG, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident
of Tacloban City; to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To apply for, process, pay, and gather documents related to my

housing unit and described as Block 7, Lot 17, Montview
Residences, situated at Brgy. 12, GE Palanog, Tacloban City.
