Sponsorship Form

The West Allegheny Marching Band, winner of the 2023 Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade, is pleased to
offer new ways for our community to support our marching family. Your donation would support the
band, and at the same time, will get your name or your business name displayed at West Allegheny’s
Cavalcade, our biggest festival of the season, as well as featured on our social media page and website.
Depending on your level of donation, you also have the opportunity to have your business logo or name
displayed on this season’s Disney Band Trip Shirts as well on our “Treble Towels” which are featured at
every football game. $100 from all package donations will go directly to band fees for the student who
raises the donation.* As a special thank you to donors, all will receive a printed group photo of the entire
band to display in their business.

All Levels – recognition on the West Allegheny Marching Band social media pages and website

• $375 – Warm Up – Name listed on Cavalcade Program Donor page and on an A-Frame banner

• $750 - Parade – Your business name printed on this season’s “Treble Towels”, Disney Shirts, and
A-Frame banner and a quarter page ad** in the Cavalcade Program

• $1500 – Game Day – A small logo** printed on this season’s “Treble Towels” and Disney Shirts, a
half an A-Frame banner* and a half page ad* in the Cavalcade Program
o At this level for an added $500 donation - Airtime announcement honoring your
contribution at Cavalcade

• $3000 – Main Event – A large logo** printed on this season’s “Treble Towels” and Disney Shirts,
a full A-Frame banner* and a full page ad** in the Cavalcade Program, bonus- Airtime
announcement honoring your contribution at Cavalcade and all Private band events

• Name Your Tune - Anyone wishing to donate less than Warm Up level will still get their name
listed in the Cavalcade Program in our list of Donors.

* $100 will go into student’s personal ISA for students who’s donators give $375 or more.

** Logo Submission: Please email high resolution logo artwork to biondigang@gmail.com. Recommendations are 300 dpi or
greater for the resolution, and PDG, JPG, or TIFF for the file format.

Production deadlines require receipt of your completed form and

payment no later than: Saturday August 12th 2023.
