At the request of M/s, SOLEX Group of Companies, No 39, New Nuge Road, Peliyagoda, Sri Lanka. The
team with chartered engineer retained by TUV India Pvt. Ltd. – Sri Lanka Branch, has inspected the above
mentioned items and filed the report attached.
Any holder of this document is advised that the information contained hereon is limited to visual examination of the safely and readily
accessible portions of the consignment only. Our findings are valid as at date and place of inspection and do not relieve the parties
concerned from their contractual obligations.

at the time of the third party’s intervention(s) to forward the results, or confirm the occurrence, of the intervention(s). The Company is not responsible
for the condition or calibration of apparatus, instruments and measuring devices used, the analysis methods applied, the qualifications, actions or
omissions of the third party’s personnel or the analysis results.
TEST RESULTS : Satisfactory
At the time of the laboratary pump testing we observed that, There is no big deviation the test obseration and
standard pump performance data which is given by the pump manufacturer.
The “SXME 3150/40T Fire Pump” performance results of the test on 06th Oct. 2022 was satisfactory.
