INTRODUCTION

filled, and it was collected back by the investigator.
SAMPLE AND SAMPLING TECHNIQUE: 180 sample were identified and this
same were used for the study. From total 7546 A samples of 145 deviant students
were selected for this study. This sample was identified by the direct and indirect
observation and sample was drawn from thirteen schools from Kanchipuram
district.
MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION THEORY FOUNDATION

most influence the deviancy and academic achievement of deviant students.
