Education means studying in order to obtain a deeper knowledge and

understanding of a variety of subjects to be applied to daily life. Education is not
limited to just knowledge from books, but can also be obtained through practical
experiences outside of the classroom.
A public awareness and lack of access in education is a way to bring a certain issue
to the attention of youth. Educating them is one of the most important to help
them realize that the more people in our society are educated the more they can
provide a beneficial contribution. By raising awareness, we can widen their
knowledge to understand the importance of education to succeed. One of the
biggest advantages of working while studying is that they can boost their income.
Working part time can help them improve their student lifestyle. By giving a
scholarship for those Who can’t afford to study is a very big opportunity they can
get. It can help them reduce their expenses as a student.
 Education provides stability in life, and it’s something that no one can ever
take away from you. By being well-educated and holding a college degree,
you increase your chances for better career opportunities and open up new
doors for yourself.
 Education also provides financial security, especially in today’s society. A
good education tends to lead to a higher paying job, as well as provide you
with the skills needed to get there.
 The importance of education is evident when it comes to being self-
dependent. If we are we educated, then it’s something that belongs to us,
and only us, allowing us to rely on no one else other than ourselves. It can
allow you to not only be financially independent, but also to make your
own choices.
 An education is the most powerful weapon you can possibly have, and with
it, you can make all of your dreams come true. There are of course certain
exceptions, depending on what you’re aiming for, but generally an
education will take you as far as you’re willing to go.
In today’s society, having an education is considered a vital part of being accepted
by those around you. Having an education is believed to make you a useful part of
society, and can make you feel like a contributing member as well.

GROUP REFLECTION

1. What was the observable changes/progress that happened to the recipient

after the conducted face to face tutorial sessions?
 We noticed in the recipient that he was able to grasp the
things we were teaching him quickly, even though he only
finished up to grade 7.
2. What are the realization/reflections after conducted face to face sessions?
 We realized as a group that it’s hard to be poor and then you
haven’t finished studying because there are things you don’t
know yet, but we saw in the recipient that even if you didn’t
finish schooling because of poverty you can help your family
and you can provide them with their daily needs but even if life
is difficult you must persevere in studying because when you
finish your education you will able to give them more and, they
will receive a better life.
OSY ACTIVITY REFLECTION
1. Marami ako natutunan sa mga batang mag aaral nang araullo patungkol sa
kahalagahan nang pag aaral marami akong nalaman mula sa kanila na mga
paraan upang maipag patuloy ko ang aking pag aaral, grade 7 lang aking
natapos dahil maaga akong namulat upang mag trabaho upang
masustentuhan ko ang pag aaral nang aking mga kapatid, pero dahil sa mga
programa na ibinahagi nila sa aki kagaya nang alternative learning school
ay maari kong masimulan don upang makahakbang ako sa kolehiyo, at
mayroong programa ang kagaya nang araullo na may scholarship upang
hindi ako mahirapan sa pang tustos nito, maraming salamat sainyo dahil
ako ang napili ninyo na bahagian nang kaalaman na ito na makakatulong sa
akin upang mabigyan ko nang magamdang kinabukasan ang aking pamilya
sa hinaharap.
2. Natutuhan ko ang kahalagahan ng edukasyon. Ito ay malaking tulong at
magsisilbing daan patungo sa magandang buhay at kinabukasan. Marami
itong benepisyo at makatutulong sa paglawak ng kaisipan. Maraming
hadlang upang hindi makapag aral, isa na rito ay ang kakulangan sa pera.
Ngunit marami ring dahilan upang makapag aral katulad ng pagkakaroon ng
scholarship at pagiging working student.
